Appeal for Unwanted/Unused Medical Equipment and office Facilities

We are appealing for unwanted/unused Medical equipment and office facilities for the medical centre we are building in rural Africa.

98% of women and men with late diagnosis of cancer symptoms do not survive in rural Africa, due to unavailable funds for treatment/care, inadequate diagnosis/treatment centres and a general lack of awareness. Consequently, Cancel Cancer Africa UK Charity started building a free Oncology Medical Centre in rural Africa in 2017.

Cancel Cancer Africa’s mission is to reduce the rate of mortality and morbidity caused by cancer in rural Africa. We are appealing for kind donations of unwanted/unused Medical equipment and office facilities to help equip the Oncology Medical Health Centre scheduled to open 30th October 2021.

Our trained nurses and medical consultants engage with the local people moving from door to door, educating them on early signs and symptoms, conducting physical checks and providing vaccination programs. We currently use a very small room for our consultancies, hence the urgency to complete the Medical Centre in 2021.

As a small charity, we run fully on donations, therefore, we need your kind support and donation of unused/unwanted medical equipment or office facilities. Our volunteers are happy to collect donations where necessary within the United Kingdom.

We greatly appreciate any donation to help us achieve our goal of preventing cancer mortalities.
