How do I get my order ?
Deliveries inside of the UK are mostly shipped via Royal Mail. A signature maybe required, however the parcel can be left with a neighbour for residential addresses or at reception for business addresses if you are not at home or available at the time of delivery. You will then receive a card in your letter box notifying you of where the parcel has been left. If no one suitable can receive the parcel on your behalf then RM may try again or you may be asked to pick up the parcel at the nearest post office depot. It is advisable to provide a contact telephone number so that we can contact you in case of difficulties.
What if the product is out of Stock
We do our best to keep up with demand but if a product is out of stock and not available to pre-order you can sign up to receive an email notification when your choice becomes available by clicking on the item you want. Please note that seasonal paintings may not be reproduced.
How long does delivery take?

For our bespoke products that are available to be shipped between 2 to 3 days, deliveries to the United Kingdom may take up to 5 working days. If you live in a rural area, please remember it can take the courier a bit longer to deliver to you. You will be able to track the progress of your order with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Certain paintings can be pre-ordered online. The re production of our painting collection takes between 3 to 4 weeks and the shippment takes an additional week. Please note that all paintings are signed originals and can not be replicated.

How much will the delivery cost?
As a non profit organisation we appreciate every support we can get to save as much money as possible. For this reason we charge an extra £3.40 for orders below £55 and If the order is higher than £55 we offer free shipping within the Uk and extra charges outside the UK.
My order was damaged during delivery
This can unfortunately occur from time to time. Please check that all the contents of your order are still intact and undamaged. Then contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Where does my donations go
92% of all our funds raised goes towards our work in Africa the balance 8% goes towards administration and local logistics. We may from time to time use part of the money raised to organise fund raising events to help us raise more funds. But in the end all funds goes towards our local programs.
All our paintings are original and can not be made excatly the same.
