Delivery of our products may take between 10 – 15 days. This is mostly due to some products are bespoke and have to be made to order.
We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase.
However, if you wish to return your item(s), you can choose from one of the options below. Items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of receiving them.
1- Peel off the returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the parcel over your address.
2- Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt.
3- You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. We cannot process any exchange requests by post. If you experience any difficulties with returning goods, please Contact us.
