How Much do I Need to Pay to Register ?

We do not charge for registration, however, each designer charges models. The fee may include you keeping the dress after the event.

Do parents pay for tickets ?

Yes. All parents and family members are required to purchase a ticket donation.

How Many Shows will I be allowed to Participate ?

You can only register for a maximum of two designers. Models are expected to be on-site two hours before the event and leave no more than thirty minutes after the event.

Are there other Hidden Fees ?
No. Once you have registered with the designer, you do not need to pay any other cost.
Must I raise funds for the Charity ?

No, however, we believe that each parent working with us is doing so to help the charity. Our events are filled with passionate families helping us to make a difference in rural Africa. If you feel that you do not want to help raise funds, kindly let us know. We do not set a target on how much you should raise.

How much do we Need to Raise ?
Following our previous events, the amount you raise is strictly up to what you can raise This is very important to us as it greatly helps the Charity raise funds to continue our work in rural Africa. We thank you so much for support us. Make it fun.
What do we need to bring to the event ?
We will provide Makeup, Hairstyling and Clothing. You are only required to ensure you eat some food before arriving as we do not serve food due to allergies.
Do we pay for your expenses ?

No. The charity does not cover any of your expenses. So, please ensure you can cover your travel, accommodation and feeding cost before you register.

I registered/Paid and have not heard from you ?

We aim to respond within five days of registration. If on the odd occasion you have not heard from your designer, please email events@cancelcancerafrica.org with your full name, the event you registered for and the payment number and date of payment.

How much do I need to pay to register?

We do not charge for registration, however, each designer charges models. The fee includes you keeping the dress after the event. The fee ranges from £30 to £100 depending on the designer that has spaces.

Do Parents need to buy tickets?

Yes. All parents and family members are required to purchase a ticket.

Can I stay with my child backstage during the show?

No. For the safeguarding of our Kids, we do not allow parents to stay backstage with their children.

What is the Minimum Age group?

7 years old.

How do I get the photos after the event?

As a small charity, we charge a small fee for photos/images. Please go to the photos links to view and make purchases, it’s £1.

How many shows can I participate in?

You can register for as many shows as you can, through the designers. Models are expected to be on-site two hours before the event and leave no more than thirty minutes after the event.

How do I register?

First, you fill out the registration form in relation to the designer you are interested in. Then you pay your registration fee to the designer directly once they confirm your space.

What do I need to bring to the event?

We advise parents to pack their Kids meals, as we are very concerned about allergies.

How does it all work?

You will be expected to drop your kids off two/three hours before the show. All rehearsals are carried out on the day of the event to help parents save travel cost. Please feel free to email events@cancelcancerafrica.org for further details.

Are the registration fees refundable?

This is at the purview of the designers.
