Stretch yourself and you will become more confident. Get tired of doing the same old thing over and over again. Move out of your comfort zone and push yourself. Confidence comes from doing and trying. In September a group of bodypainters will be pushing themselves to paint every African country to help raise Cancer awareness in Africa. This is the first time this has ever been done and it’s a huge challenge but we are pushing ourselves. Be a part of something that changes lives.
