We are happy to introduce one of the shinning lights of African youth development. Empowering people though capacity building and enriching their skills. DGV Fashion Academy now known as the Ibadan City Fashion college will be showcasing some of their quality garments at ChabsUK, during London Fashion Week.

I don’t support negativity but I always practice what I call “think and plan for What Ifs” what if the unexpected happens, what happens to you. The unexpected may throw you back, but the strength of your backup will bounce you back.

Whatever the area of concentration of a designer, the need to draw reasonably well to a certain extent is paramount. Levels of perfection may vary, have a basic idea and be able to put your ideas down. It boosts creativity. 

Image is a powerful tool for Success. Your wardrobe is a major part of the image – building Process. When you understand what suits you and equally suits each outing, the first step is conquered.

Before that cloth comes out good, some little intricate, efforts go into it. Before you think your tailor did nothing, wait and praise them a little. The patience it takes to thread a needle can’t be pushed aside, and if you’ve ever had to pass a black thread in a dark place before, you can testify better.
