Shelley LaFleur – Bio.

Shelley started out painting little ones faces on a Saturday morning whilst working as a waitress in a Bristol restaurant. After catching the bug for face painting, she had the opportunity to learn some special effects and stage makeup during her years at College where she obtained her BTEC in Performing Arts.

Today, she runs an entertainment business ‘Miss Sparkles’ with her partner, Ian – not only providing professional face painting but also bouncy castles. They are also both musicians in award winning wedding and function band ‘Quite Brazen’. A whirlwind of ideas, she has been drawing & painting ever since she was a little girl and is never far from a sketch book.

Her passion & flair for art shows in the many beautiful designs she creates and is always looking to develop new skills and is proud to have received training from some of the industry’s best face & body painters.

She recently entered the exciting world of competition body painting and is excited to extend her knowledge, enhance her skills and develop new ideas.
