About the Role

We require qualified healthcare worker/nurse for community based work for both full time and part time hours. You will be required to go to homes, public places and hospitals to deliver an individually tailored plan. We welcome both experienced healthcare assistants and nurses as well as those who wish to work in health sector for the first time. Main job roles are:

  • Providing companionship and advise.
  • Ensuring service users are followed up
  • Providing personal care.
  • Making food/drink and light domestic duties where required.
  • Provide palliative care.
  • Update local social media platforms.
