Jennifer Parker.
I’m Jennifer Parker, Face and Body Artist and owner of Kaleidoscope Face Painting. I am a self-taught artist, but in the beginning I was very fortunate to meet many face painters who shared so much with me. Eight years later, I’m keen to pass on my knowledge to others. I have discovered a passion for teaching, and helping other painters learn new techniques and develop their skills, is a complete joy.
As a proud member of the Superstar Team I’ve had the opportunity to teach my workshops at the Superstar factory in Holland. Being on team Superstar is an absolute pleasure, it allows me to connect with fantastic painters from around the World, and be an ambassador for a product I love.
I was delighted when Superstar invited me to design a palette to compliment my Botanicals class, and I love teaching classes using just 12 colours, even if my students do look concerned for the first 5 minutes. I’m also very proud to have been adopted by Illusion Magazine as a Technical Artist, I’ll be writing articles and reporting on the news from Superstar, as well as sharing my Step by Step Tutorials. I have lots of exciting things planned for 2015 including collaborations with amazing artists, and the launch of my new workshop theme Little People. I’ll be returning to both Italy and Holland with my workshops, and I’ll be attending Face and Body Painting events throughout the year, where I’ll be on hand to advise and demonstrate all things Superstar! it’s always lovely seeing old friends and make new ones, so I hope to bump into you in the year ahead.
